Are dried stigmas of SAFFRON flower “Crocus-Sativus Linneaus”. Used for its exquisite taste, aroma and colour, to a wide range of foods, e.g. rice, fishes, meats, cakes, icecream, pastas, etc….Grind well the saffron in a mortar, add it to your food preparation.
